In partnership with Reebok, VICE asked us to create a promotional video for a series of articles featuring powerful women. You can see the incredible stories here. We created a 60 second animation and a 15 second cutdown.

The challenge here was to try and make an animation that was both frenetic and smooth representing the different personality types of the women in the piece. Another challenge was selecting just the right photos that perfectly reflects the essence of the woman featured.

We designed the graphics that would be layered throughout the video.

15 SEC CUT-DOWN

This cut-down was particularly challenging because the full 30-second animation was so dense that trying to narrow it down would me cutting out large portions of animation they really liked. Not to mention cutting out several of the women featured.

We managed to cut it down in a way that pleased the client. We were called back a few weeks later for another job.
